Request a Telephone Consultation
Requesting a telephone consultation with me personally is easy and affordable, here's how:
1. Speaking with me personally is a great way to jump start your decorating project, solve a decorating nightmare, or an opportunity for you to " bounce a few ideas" with a design pro. The cost is only $50.00 per 15 minutes of telephone time with a minimum of $ 100.00 payable by Mastercard or Visa.
2. To schedule an appointment or request additional information, please call the office (615-384-8337) during normal business hours 9 - 4 cst Monday thru Thursday, and speak with my assistant Lisa Gupton. She will review our payment policy and then co-ordinate a time that we can both chat on our free 800 line. If Lisa is out of the office, please e-mail your request and she'll call you back.
3. Gather together all of your questions and concerns, and any photos, swatches or diagrams that relate to your situation. Fax or e-mail me your list and materials at least 3 days prior to our scheduled appointment so that I can review your situation briefly at no cost. Please keep in mind that all of your materials are not returnable… so only send copies you don't need.
4. On our scheduled appointment date and time, I'll be awaiting your call on our free 800 line and I'll have all of your information handy. I will then spend the first few minutes reviewing our payment policy and throughout the consultation will continue to remind you when we have reached our predetermined consultation time limit; I've done this many times and KNOW how easy it is to loose track of time when you are having fun AND becoming design savvy at the same time!
5. At the end of our telephone consultation, I will recap our discussion and also review the dollar amount that will be placed on your credit card.
